New Sagenda Features to Spruce Up Your Booking Business

Enjoy this spring with the latest Sagenda features to boost your online booking system. On the menu, Sagenda users may test either exporting data to Excel, booking quota restrictions, tax and fee management, or an improved documentation. All these features are meant to facilitate de booking process and vamp up your online business.

Export Bookings to Excel

Users may now export bookings to an Excel sheet in order to improve client selection and filter booking data. From your Sagenda account, all you have to do is search for a specific timeframe and export results to an Excel file. This is useful to analyze client typology, behavior as well as peak seasons. Be one step ahead of the rest by predicting client patterns!

Booking Quota Restrictions

Some online bookings are more suitable for individual restrictions, such as timetables for laboratories or spa centers. In this case, it’s possible to enable a minimum or maximum quota per person. For example, one can book a massage of at least 1 hour per day. Or one can book a laboratory for at least 1 hour but no more than 2 hours a day. By setting booking quotas, clients maximize their services and physical infrastructure (e.g. classrooms).

Quota management is now released for you calendar view.

Tax and Fee Management

Sagenda users who have enabled their online payment module may have a breakdown of prices, taxes, and additional service fees. This is a useful feature for bookkeeping by adding variable VAT rates by country or services. Furthermore, some services may require additional specific fees (e.g. cleaning or rental fees).

New API

As usual, our team has improved the API and documentation of Sagenda according to users’ needs. From now on, the public API allows multiple reservations for multiple events or multiple people at the same time (name-based or per number of participants) at the same service provider.
