New Sagenda Features: Registration Closed Earlier and Concurrent Event Management
Usually, an improved time management is all you need to enhance your work productivity. As a result, Sagenda has just come up with two features for the online booking process: on one hand, the option of closing registration at any given cut-off time and on the other hand, the option of blocking concurrent events to maximize ROI on an item-exclusive booking event.
Close Registration at the Right Time
To achieve a better flexibility, you may now enable a feature in order to close online booking at a specific cut-off time. For example, imagine your concert event does not sell well: you can close the online registration at the very last minute; in case of a sold-out chalet, owners may close registration well in advance.
For each event pattern, registration can be closed at any given time: X minutes, hours or days ahead to ensure flexible planning and improved client communication.
Item-Exclusive Booking Event: Block Concurrent Events
Multitasking is nothing but a myth debunked! Online booking processes are often supported by short-staffed departments. Although most companies offer a wide range of services, which are easily handled by an online scheduler, booked services often exceed offline process management.
For those of you who would like to focus on an item-exclusive booking event, you may now enable a feature to block concurrent events. For example, an understaffed spa center may choose to focus on massages and temporarily block other services.
